Registering Ejari
Every DAMAC Hills tenancy must be registered with Ejari — around AED 220 online — using the contract, title deed copy, passport, Emirates ID and DEWA details. Without it you cannot open DEWA, sponsor family or file a rent dispute.
Renewals and increases
Landlords must give 90 days' notice to change terms. Any increase must follow the RERA rental index, which caps rises based on how far the current rent sits below market for DAMAC Hills.
